This week I changed how fracxional explains itself.
The old version led with a role: fractional CTPO. That remains a useful engagement model, but it is not the most important idea. The more durable pattern is the work itself: entering an ambiguous operating situation, making the decisions explicit, and leaving behind a production system the team can run.
The new site is organized around four things:
- Work — evidence from products, internal systems, AI, and technical decisions.
- Method — diagnose, decide, build, and operate.
- Systems — reusable products that emerged from recurring delivery problems.
- Notes — opinions and build logs from the work.
I also removed About from the primary navigation. The site still explains who is accountable for the work, but buyers should not need to read an autobiography before they understand what fracxional does.
The tighter boundary matters too. Productized automation belongs with wxrkflows. Education IP and organization-wide transformation belong with Innxvate. Fracxional stays focused on senior product judgment, technical systems, and complex builds.
The result is less like a catalogue of consulting services and more like an engineering practice with a point of view.
