The Short Version

I'm the sole engineer at Iterative, an early-stage VC fund investing across Southeast Asia and South Asia. I build the data infrastructure, AI tools, and internal systems that keep a 70+ portfolio fund running. In parallel, I run Fracxional—a technical consultancy focused on AI, automation, and data engineering for startups, corporates, and universities.

Before this, I co-founded ZOLO (an Antler-backed AI food supply startup), worked in DevSecOps at Partior, and was a senior software engineer at Circles.Life. I started my career as a military officer in the Singapore Armed Forces.

What I Care About

I'm on a builder-investor path—combining deep technical product work with investment thesis development and technical due diligence. I believe the best way to evaluate technology is to build it, and the best way to advise founders is to have been one.

Teaching

I teach applied AI, data engineering, and software development across institutions in Singapore and Asia. Current and past programmes include NTU PaCE, SIT, SMU PGDP, Tamkang University, BSD Academy, Preface AI, CuriousCore, and corporate engagements like BCG RISE and JERA GM.

Background

Singaporean. Lived and worked across Singapore, Hong Kong, Ho Chi Minh City, Beijing, San Francisco, and Germany. Currently nomadic across Southeast Asia. Outside of work: running, yoga, MMA, tennis, pickleball, house dance, Hyrox, and slowly learning Vietnamese.
