R is a stealth startup looking into property management as a software-based service. Over the course of a year, they have spent a lot of time iterating on product and software development, without actual traction and adoption on the ground.
I helped to streamline cloud savings, realign technical strategy and prioritise appropriate features to ship to ascertain market adoption, so as to reduce over-engineering and costs on production. On the technical side, I also helped to advise on infrastructure adjustments to reduce costs and implement different environments to optimise compute costs.
